Can the Power Cube fully replace solar + battery off-grid?

Yes for the continuous load. Because output does not depend on sunlight, you can cover the everyday base load without a large battery bank.

Do I still need a backup?

For most off-grid houses the Power Cube is itself the backup — it does not stop. Some owners keep a small battery for peak loads above 5–6 kW.

Will it work in deep winter or constant cloud?

Yes. Output does not depend on sun or weather, so winter, fog or snow do not reduce it.

Is installation different from a normal generator?

It connects to your circuits like any indoor generator. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, following the official guidance.
